Last Tuesday, we packed the hearing room at Tuesday's TLC Public Hearing on the FHV Vehicle Cap to say: Keep the Cap!

Now it’s time to bring that same force to the Port Authority Hearing on the $4 Airport Access Fee!

Directions from south bound Van Wyck Expressway: Take Exit B (Cell Phone Lot) to South Service Road. Parking is available in front of the building.

The Port Authority wants to charge a $4 pick-up fee on taxis and $4 pick-up and drop-off fee on FHV's at JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark. Pack the hearing to say: NO AIRPORT ACCESS FEES!

We packed the hearing room at Tuesday's TLC Public Hearing on the FHV Vehicle Cap! Standing together we said: Keep the Cap! We know that winning the Cap gives us the foundation to fight for more. There are already too many cars, drivers are still in crisis, and we need driver incomes to be stable so we can win a living wage and raise for all. With too many cars, App drivers also have no job security when Uber/Lyft deactivate without notice, cause, or appeal!
