ALL DRIVERS: Join the TLC Public Hearing TOMORROW Tues. July 23rd at 11AM at 33 Beaver St.

We are calling on ALL drivers to stand together at the TLC public hearing tomorrow, TUESDAY, JULY 23RD at 11AM at 33 Beaver Street, to say YES to the Cap on new FHV cars + requirement that App companies reduce the amount of time drivers are empty in Manhattan. Listen to our robo call at this link.

We refuse to return to streets flooded with cars where no driver gets enough work!

TLC PUBLIC HEARING ON FHV VEHICLE CAP
TOMORROW, TUES. JULY 23
**Meet at 11AM**
The hearing starts 12PM
33 Beaver Street

There are three exceptions to the FHV Vehicle Cap, which means new vehicle licenses will still be issued for:
1. Wheel-Chair-Accessible vehicles
2. Electric Vehicles; and
3. Any vehicle type for drivers who were already in lease-to-own agreements as of August 14, 2018.

Also, last week, we officially submitted our Petition to the TLC for one minimum meter rate across the industry, including double the meter on out-of-town trips, with App drivers getting 85% of the passenger fare or 100% of the driver payment rates, whichever is more! For all FHV drivers we are also demanding maximum $350/week rental lease, including accidents and maintenance and maximum $275/week for lease-to-own. And we petitioned to stop Upfront Pricing where passengers pay more but Arro, Curb and App companies pay drivers less.

We want a living wage + raise for all, and an end to Deactivations of App Drivers! Remember, the more cars there are, the less fares every driver gets and the less reason App companies have to keep the drivers already working for them.

And we continue to fight for Debt Forgiveness for Owner-Drivers!

Brothers and Sisters, ALL OF THESE FUTURE VICTORIES START WITH THE CAP! JOIN the TLC Public Hearing tomorrow at 33 Beaver Street at 11AM!

Winning the cap gives us the foundation to fight for more: Living Wage, Job Security, and a Raise for All Drivers!

TLC PUBLIC HEARING
TO EXTEND THE FHV VEHICLE CAP
TUESDAY, JULY 23
**Meet at 11AM**
The hearing starts 12PM
33 Beaver Street

APP DRIVERS are STILL EMPTY 41% OF THE TIME.

STILL EARNING UNDER MINIMUM WAGE.

Uber, Lyft are not taking new drivers, seem to be deactivating more drivers, Lyft is forcing drivers to log off, and Uber CEO admit to loss of trips.

There are already 100,000+ vehicles. Thousands of black cars are just sitting in lots with TC plates.

There is no reason to lift the cap!
