NYTWA will gladly issue refunds of all payments in which there is evidence that a logistical or financial error has been made by us. In such cases, please come in to speak with us or explain the situation over the phone to staff (718-706-9892). Refunds are issued in a check payment. Alternatively, the payer may choose to accept a refund as credit towards future payment of membership dues.
There is no refund for membership dues that have already been paid. Refunds are not available for representation costs in DMV or TLC matters for which service has been either partially or fully completed. Official court rulings in relation to the payer will not affect this refund policy.
